And it's the reality NavVis empowers people to build better. **THE OPPORTUNITY**: **How would you like to spark curiosity in potential customers and leverage your expertise in sales to fuel our growth?** NavVis is seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Specialists Join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our DACH market presence In this role, you'll leverage your passion for spatial data and reality capture technologies to drive sales and connect with key players in industries like construction, engineering, and infrastructure. You'll receive in-depth onboarding and ongoing training designed to refine both technical and business development skills, allowing you to connect deeply with potential clients and progress your career. NavVis' Business Development team is a group of specialists in our Reality Capture solutions, adept at inbound and outbound lead qualification, sparking curiosity in potential clients, and strategically managing the sales pipeline. This is a critical position within our company as you will be responsible for developing a pipeline within your region by prospecting for new leads, qualifying and nurturing them into opportunities. Working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, you'll help clients understand the full potential of NavVis solutions, while collaborating with Marketing to share insights from the front lines. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**: - Begin the sales cycle by developing a customer-focused strategy that considers industry-specific use cases, key stakeholders, and the regional sales landscape. - Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns, bringing your industry insight to shape effective outreach. - Articulate NavVis' value in geospatial and reality capture contexts through clear, technically grounded, value-driven communication that address prospects' potential needs. - Take full ownership of your accounts, collaborating with Account Executives to maximize pipeline success and contribute to the development of lead generation strategies. - Empower your outreach by using NavVis' comprehensive sales toolkit. - Attend industry trade shows and events to foster strong network connections. - Stay current on NavVis solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape. **WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE**: - You recently completed your Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in surveying, civil engineering, or a related technical field. - You have gained some initial experience through internships or part-time roles in customer-facing environments (e.g., sales, business development, or customer support) and are excited to explore the world of sales and client engagement. - You are eager to take on cold calling with confidence and bring a results-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude to the team. - You have a curious mindset and are excited to learn new sales skills, brainstorm creative ways to connect with clients, and grow alongside our team. - You are organized and willing to develop strong process management skills, and you're keen to become proficient with CRM tools. - You communicate fluently in English, as it is our official company language. - You speak and write German confidently, enabling you to effectively present and sell our products to customers across the region. - You are authorized to work in Germany. **HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH**: Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her).
