In this role, you will be part of the management team. You will be responsible for managing the business planning, ensuring cost structures, productivity optimization and compliance. Moreover you will contribute to shape the strategic development of B&R Germany and efficient communication with cross-functional teams. You will also lead people development efforts, foster finance community engagement, and establish processes to obtain transparent financial data and business information. **Your responsibilities**:
- Managing the business planning and contributing to shape strategic development in close collaboration with the management team
- Leading and developing people - Organizing tasks, motivating the team and developing individuals
- Establishing cost structures, productivity optimization and capital efficiency while closely monitoring cash flow and taking relevant actions to improve net working capital
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with Accounting, Controlling, Human Resources and Supply Chain Management, and to identify and discuss issues, and suggest improvements
- Enabling and ensuring compliance with internal controls, guidelines, and procedures, as well as maintaining integrity in adherence to external regulatory requirements
- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information
- Fostering finance community engagement
**Your background**:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant business or related field, or a vocational training in business fields with relevant working experience
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written
- Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate within a global organization
- A collaborative, solution-focused and result-oriented approach
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to prioritize
- Fluent German language skills (preferably native level) and fluent English language skills are required
