We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including performance, social media, digital campaigns and advertising. If you are a numbers-driven and performance oriented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive growth & success, read on **About the role - your contribution**: As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for customer growth and orders **Strategy**: - Craft strategies for Marketing, with the big focus on performance, social media advertising - Lead our Marketing to maximize profitability - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share **People** - Build a strong, high performing marketing team - Lead your people toward success - Set, monitor and iterate on team and individual goals and KPIs **KPI Mindset** - Build and verify a thesis for each marketing campaign. Monitor its success and make necessary changes or discontinue said campaign. - Build a top-down marketing plan with clear goals and KPIs for each initiative. **Skillset, experiences and mindset we are looking for**: - Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within FinTech industry - Experience in Growth Marketing - you know how to work with data gained from the campaigns and experimentation to drive growth - Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords - Experience with CRM software - Bias for action and get things done attitude - will to win - Growth Marketing mindset - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals - Analytical mind - BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field **How we work**: An active and vibrant office culture is important to our employees at RIDE.
