As our new Director Strategy & Business Development (M/F/d) you will manage and coordinate various strategic projects simultaneously and shape the future of our brands by finding innovative and result-driven solutions. By addressing core business questions in a fast-paced environment you will develop a deep understanding of all business aspects and quickly grow comprehensive strategic and operational skills. **Responsibilities**
- Lead and implement key strategic projects in cross-functional settings
- Foster continuous process improvements to prepare our brands for future growth
- You act as a brand incubator and are a strong sparring partner for our managing directors
- Communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting independent analyses and research as well as overall business case planning and monitoring
- Develop and monitor market developments and new business fields to help the company stay ahead

**Requirements**:

- Several years of practical experience in strategy and/or business development, preferably in a startup environment or in an international company
- Strong analytical skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of both numbers and creative processes
- Excellent communication skills as well as high intrinsic motivation to actively make a difference
- You enjoy taking the lead, moving things forward quickly, and inspiring others
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and social media affinity
