Tasks
We are looking for you to support our Business Area Autonomous Mobility (AM) at the location Lindau.
**Your tasks will focus on the following activities**:
Disciplinary lead of the technical project management and system engineering group
Forming of fully self-organized, high impacted teams
Driving the agile transformation and continuously optimize the agile organization structure
Contribution to roadmap and strategy
Coaching and development of group employees
External supplier management (external employees)
Close collaboration with other group leaders
Involvement in process topics and guild activities
**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent studies
Several years of automotive development experience as system engineer (M/F/diverse), technical project manager (M/F/diverse) or comparable role
Several years of experience with international development teams
Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards, especially ADAS specific development processes
Fluent English and German language skills written and spoken
Strong analytical skills, ability to understand complex systems
Very good communication skills, cross-culture competence and coordination skills
