Internship Project Management

Your tasks

The Operations and Project Portfolio Management (OPPM) department for Market Europe is offering a mandatory internship to a student (M/F/diverse) for at least six months starting from February 2025.

The internship will be a combination of home office and working in the office in Lindau 2 days of the week. A combination of mandatory and voluntary internship is possible. The mandatory part should cover at least 16 weeks.

Your tasks would be:

- Support the Operations and Project Portfolio Management (OPPM) for Market Europe in various topics
- Support project managers in order to improve ADAS quality standards like gate achievement, profitability and documentation of project progress
- Attend and support in meetings and ensure high quality of reports and presentations
- Support with maintaining and improving market reports using different internal systems & tools (like Power BI or Excel)
- Collect and consolidate information and create presentable documents
- Provide tool support in Project management tools used at ADAS

**Profile**:

- Ongoing Bachelor
- or Master degree in the field of Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or comparable study programs
- First practical experience with Project Management and Data Analysis
- Good German and very good English language skills - written and spoken
- Affinity for numbers, analytical approach to work and ability to logically and easily explain and talk about complex issues
- Attention to detail, strong motivation and natural curiosity to look beyond the obvious
- Advanced interpersonal and relationship building skills, and good abilities to work effectively with a variety of other personal styles
