**The role**
As Communications & Change Specialist you will be 100% dedicated to supporting and developing change management activities including communication for one of the company’s two Business Lines: Software & Cloud. The role will contribute significantly to the Business Lines performance and transformation process by ensuring that the voice of both internal and external stakeholders is heard, and that we are enabling leaders and employees to be set up for success.
- You conduct a readiness assessment which includes gathering data, theming out feedback and aligning with Program Manager and key stakeholders
- You develop and implement a change management plan for our new Software & Cloud Operation and Delivery Model as well as other programs
- You create a communication strategy for our Business Line Software & Cloud that includes the detection of effective communication channels, advising leadership teams as well as monitoring and creating content
- You develop all elements of a training plan and learning approaches where needed and are in charge of their implementation
- You maintain our Software & Cloud Hub on SharePoint and are responsible of the community management of our Software & Cloud Yammer Group
**What we need to see from you**
- You have successfully completed a study with specialization in communication and/or change or you carry any comparable qualification
