- Direkter und persönlicher Kontakt zu unseren Kunden
- Losgelöst vom Tagesgeschäft sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Kunden rund um Service-, Wartungs
- und Reparaturanfragen und Begleiten die Kundenfahrzeuge bis zur Fertigstellung und berichten und informieren durchgehend über verschiedene Kanäle
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanliegen inkl. interner Informationsbeschaffung
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten in unserem CRM- und Werkstattsystem
- Nachverfolgung offener Vorgänge und Anfragen jeglicher Art sowie damit einhergehend Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung unserer Serviceprozesse und internen Abläufe-
- DAS SOLLTEN SIE MITBRINGEN:
- Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und behalten auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung aus dem kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich mit
- Die deutsche Sprache beherrschen Sie sicher, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
- Teamfähigkeit, Freundlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein gehören zu Ihren Stärken
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten ist für Sie ebenso selbstverständlich wie ein serviceorientiertes Auftreten-
