Digital Program Controller, Aftersales Parts

For our Team Aftersales / Parts at our Bavarian headquarter in Marktoberdorf we are looking for a **Digital Program Controller, Aftersales Parts (M/F/d)** Referenz Nr. 86513 The position will be responsible to provide finance and controlling support to the Digital Product Management Group as well as the Digital Transformation Office. Key responsibility is to track the spending and benefit delivery of the Global Digital Program. Additionally the role will work closely with Product Management and will be required to translate "new product or service ideas" into a business model evaluation. The role is global in scope and will report to the Global PA&D Finance Lead. Close cooperation and frequent interaction with other senior leaders will be required. **What You Will Do** - Act as Finance Business Partner for design and development questions regarding finance data and processes (e.g. discount management) - Prioritize global AGCO Digital spend, provide transparency and track benefits - Manage the global budget, manage Forecasting/Budgeting activities - Drive cross-site optimization and budget allocation - Develop strategic project target setting for CAPEX, OPEX and provide guidance on correct treatment in line with US GAAP requirements - Controlling and tracking for projects and alignment of annual budget with project roadmap - Develop methodology to evaluate agile software development methods financially - Develop value capture framework for digital assets to properly assess benefits and support prioritization decisions **What You Will Bring** - University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable degree with focus on Finance and Controlling - Sound financial insights, work experience and knowledge in project management - Deep understanding for requirements of digital products - Strong analytical skills and experience in building business cases or financial modelling/planning - Understanding of product development process and projects - Understanding of cost reduction process and methodology - Familiar in the usage of Office 365 tools and reporting systems such as SAP BI - Very good knowledge of German and English language skills **A Plus If You Have** - Degree as certified Management Accountant - Background in financial appraisal and costing techniques as well as an understanding in AGCO's product portfolio **Who You Are** - You have analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and provide meaningful financial analysis to management - You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across many different cultural segments - You are able to work independently and in a team setting
