**Technical Service Specialist (M/F/d) - Digital Products, temporary**

**What You Will Do**
- In cooperation with Customer Support and the IT team, you will support our dealers, workshops, and the technical field service in solving product problems (telephone / ticket system).
- You handle inquiries regarding product features and product problems
- You are involved in the testing of new products and features
- You support the team leader in administrative activities.
- You will expand your expertise by responding to product inquiries, working with the IT team, and occasionally visiting customer sites
**What You Will Bring**
- Completed training as an agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (M/F/d), alternatively a completed technical or agricultural science degree or equivalent
- Good command of written and spoken English
**A Plus If You Have**
- Strong organizational skills
- Practical experience in working with customers or customer support
- Strong communication skills
