**Your Areas of Responsibilities**:
- Support the team in their day-to-day work incl. administrative tasks
- Manage our internal product stock incl. checking, preparing & shipping products to photo shootings
- Help creating briefing documents for internal teams or external agencies
- Support in managing of projects incl. maintaining project lists & tracking deadlines
- Maintain our Media Asset Management data base and keep it up to date
- Create monthly competitor overviews and present them to the team
**Your Profile of Qualification**:
- You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a comparable course of study with a focus on marketing
- You have a strong interest in technology
- You have a hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills and a thorough way of working
- You have excellent team and communication skills
- You have very good English and German skills
- You have a driver’s license (category B)
- You have advanced MS Office skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
**This job requires an availability at our office in Bayreuth.**
