**Your areas of responsibility**:

- You create and optimize dashboards to ensure Service Level Agreement of external Business Partners
- You support the Customer Service Team as a second level contact person in terms of operational customer requests
- You help to implement sustainable documentation
- You are part of future expansion projects and will implement them successfully

**Your profile of qualification**:

- Studies of Business Administration, Retail Management & Consumer Experience, or Digital Marketing
- Ideally have gained first work experiences in Retail (front or back end)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and independent way of working
- Very good MS office knowledge (primary Excel), SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Business fluent knowledge of English
- Available to be based in our Bayreuth office
