You give us new impulses - we give you comprehensive insights into our company As part of the "Marketing Communication Channel Management" team, you will gain insights into the channel strategies and operational processes in content publishing - worldwide and across various channels. You will be an active part of the team and get to know the diverse content and topics of a globally active chemical company. Start your internship in March for a period of six months and support us in expanding the company's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Your central tasks: - Supporting the global social media team in planning, producing, editing and publishing engaging, target group-optimized social media content in various formats (e.g. text, photos, graphics and videos)- Researching and restructuring the existing YouTube channel to expand the customer journey- Creating and maintaining editorial plans for various social media channels and initiatives- Support in optimizing workflows and maintaining media libraries and content management systems- Development of creative ideas for the implementation and further development of Covestro's social media strategy WHAT YOU OFFER- You are enrolled at a university or college and are at least in your third semester, with a degree in economics, media or communication science, media management or a comparable course of study, suitable for the position- Passion for social media and digital communication, including strategic and independent work- Knowledge of social media platforms and a keen awareness of digital trends- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in consultancies, agencies or companies- You have intercultural skills, can grasp complex issues quickly and communicate effectively in written and visual form, and enjoy challenges- You are confident in using social media and MS Office programs and have a good overview of communication channels- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g. Photoshop)- Advanced knowledge of English and German (business language is English) YOUR APPLICATION Anyone who wants to contribute to a better world with Covestro can also expect a lot.
