Als Execution Generalist (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unser erfahrenes Team in Frankfurt a.M. bei der Betreuung unseres Kundenportfolios und dem Ausbau des Tätigkeitsbereiches. Sie sind ein wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Kundenberatung, Portfoliomanagement und der Handelsabwicklung. Neben technischem Know-how im Handel ist ein tiefes Verständnis für den Markt, den Kundenzielen und regulatorischen Anforderungen gefragt.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**Buy Side Trading Execution**
- Arbeiten mit elektronischen Handelsplattformen (Bloomberg, interne Systeme)
- Unterstützung bei der Ausführung von Wertpapiergeschäften (Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, Derivate, Fonds, etc.)
- Überwachung von Handelsaufträgen und Handelsstrategien sowie Unterstützung bei deren effizienter Umsetzung
- Nachbearbeitung von Handelsaufträgen durch Pflege der Handelsdaten in internen Systemen
- Erstellung von Trade-Reports
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Brokern und internen Abwicklungsstellen
- Enge Abstimmung mit Portfolio Managern und Kundenberatern zur Umsetzung von Anlageentscheidungen

**Beratung**
- Laufende Beobachtung relevanter Märkte
- Aufbereitung von Marktdaten, Kursstellungen und Handelsvolumina zur Unterstützung bei der Orderplatzierung
- Unterstützung der Kundenberater bei der Entwicklung, Koordination und Umsetzung individueller Anlagemöglichkeiten
- Ansprechpartner der Kundenberater bei der Umsetzung spezieller Handelsaufträge

**Regulatorik & Produkt Governance**
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Trading-Restriktionen sowie aufsichtsrechtlicher Vorgaben (MiFID II, FIDLEG, PRIIPs etc.)
- Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Klassifizierung von Finanzprodukten im Rahmen der Product Governance
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung interner Kontrollprozesse
- Pflege regulatorischer Dokumentationen und Schnittstelle zu Compliance & Legal
- Mitarbeit an internen Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung im Produktbereich

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Banking oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich, idealerweise in der Vermögensverwaltung, im Handel oder in der Kundenbetreuung
- Gutes Marktverständnis und hohe Affinität zu Kapitalmärkten
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Finanzmarktregulierung (MiFID II, FIDLEG, PRIIPs) von Vorteil und Interesse an regulatorischen Fragestellungen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
