Head of Marketing Central Europe

**What you’ll be up to**:
At tado°, we’re on a mission to revolutionize home energy management, making it smarter, more sustainable, and accessible to everyone. Now, we’re looking for _you_ to help us drive this transformation as our **Head of Marketing Central Europe** (M/F/d).
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, working directly with the board to shape how our hardware, software, and energy solutions come together to create meaningful impact across key European markets.
- You’ll take the lead in managing and growing a dynamic marketing team across DACH, the UK, France, Benelux, and beyond, setting the standard for excellence in every market.
- Your work will increase brand awareness and drive sell-out performance, maximizing ROAS and delivering measurable, impactful results.
- As the owner of both Brand and Performance Marketing, you’ll design and execute campaigns that not only strengthen our market presence but also achieve tangible outcomes.
- You’ll develop and champion strategies that seamlessly integrate hardware, app services, and energy tariffs into compelling propositions that resonate with customers.
- Finally, you’ll refine the entire path-to-purchase journey—across owned and partner webshops—ensuring an effortless and engaging customer experience.

**What makes you a great fit**:

- You’ve spent at **least 10 years** leading **strategic**and **operational**B2C marketing**, excelling in both planning and execution.
- Analyzing KPIs and translating them into actionable insights comes naturally to you.
- You’re experienced in **managing multi-market marketing** efforts, ideally in **small-to-mid-sized companies**.
- You know how to build, motivate, and guide high-performing teams to success.
- Driving revenue growth is second nature to you, and you’ve got the results to prove it.
- You bring a solid agency network to the table, ready to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Whether it’s German, English, or both, you’re comfortable working in international environments.
