**Your tasks**
- Responsible for the Sales Excellence Program at Voith Paper for the Business Cases Spare Parts, Wear Parts, Service and Digital, which are handled in the Divisions FRS and P&S.
- Reach best in class business sales processes, which are a necessary and important part of reaching the ambitions growth plans of the Division FRS and P&S.
- Organize, manage and lead autonomously all relevant projects and subprojects together with a project team consisting of members from all relevant regions and divisions, including benchmark visits or an external consulting if neccessary.
- Report regulary results and progress steps to the board of management and the high management of both divisions.
- Close contact with our CRM-team (salesforce) to unlock the full potential of this important IT tool through your projects and activities.

**Your profile**
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering; first professional experience in sales or a sales-related environment and high affinity for business and sales processes.
- Eager to work on topics independently and develop them further with creativity and persistency as well as curiosity about process digitalization and digital B2B sales.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Very structured and diligent way of working paired with strong communication skills, personal strength and thus ability to keep track even in a complex environment as well as teamwork ability, commitment, flexibility and assertiveness.
- Willingness to travel on business trips.
