**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- kompetente und serviceorientierte Beratung von Kunden für die Produkte der Ticketfactory
- Klärung von produktbezogenen Fragen mit Airlines
- aktiver Verkauf mit Buchungsalternativen
- Ticketausstellung und Eingabe von Flugbuchungen
- Queue Bearbeitung
- Berechnung von Flugpreisen
- Bearbeitung von Umbuchungen
- Umschreibungen von Tickets
- Abwicklung von Kulanzanträgen und Flugzeitenänderungen
- Überwachung von RQ-Anfragen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ausbildung als Tourismuskaufmann/-frau oder Reiseverkehrskauffrau/-mann
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung
- Gute Flug
- und Ticketingkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen GDS (Amadeus, Farelogix, Sabre) sowie in MS-Office
- Englischkenntnisse
- Kontaktfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Technische Affinität
- Hohe Auffassungsgabe
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und jede Menge Teamgeist
