**Your task**:
As an intern (M/F/d), you will support the Talent Broker Team and DT Talent Squad in exciting tasks, for example:

- Support the development and iteration of our central Talent strategy at Deutsche Telekom.
- Be an active part of our Talent scouting and go with us on the search for (top tech) talents.
- Support our Talent Brokers in their daily work via preparation of templates and research of development opportunities for our talents across the company.
- Numbers don't scare you: you prepare business reports for our stakeholders in an appealing and representative way.
- Take responsibility for the set up and evaluation of presentations, surveys and reports.
- Manage our Talent Marketplace community, a virtual platform, that allows our customers (talents & business) to meet, engage and exchange.

**Your Profile**:
You are studying Psychology, Economics, or a comparable course of study, with a focus on human resources. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

- Initial practical experience in the area of human resources, e.g. through previous internships, as well as basic knowledge of HR Development, is an advantage
- Very good conceptual and analytical skills
- A structured approach; you work precisely and independently, are a team player and have a high level of motivation and strong communication skills as well as customer orientation
- Confident handling of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of English
