**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Planung und Begleitung von Personalgewinnungsprozessen
- Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen sowie Umsetzung individueller Personalmaßnahmen
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Personalakten und HR-Systemen
- Begleitung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Beurteilungsprozessen
- Durchführung von Mitarbeiterzufriedenheitsanalysen
- Erarbeitung und Überarbeitung interner Richtlinien
- Kommunikation mit den HR-Abteilungen innerhalb der europäischen Konzernstruktur
- Mitarbeit an der Digitalisierung interner Personalprozesse

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Personalmanagement, Personalwirtschaft, HR, Business Administration, Arbeits
- und Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Business Administration, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen / HR in einer vergleichbaren Position, beispielsweise als Personalbeauftragter, HR Generalist, HR Manager, Personalsachbearbeiter, HR Specialist
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Tarifrecht sowie Sozialversicherungs
- und Steuerrecht
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
