Inside Sales Representative / Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Akquise von Neukunden und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Identifizierung von Vertriebspotentialen und aktives Cross
- und Upselling
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und anderen Abteilungen
- Erreichung und Übertreffung von Verkaufszielen

**Skills**
- Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Inside Sales-Bereich
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Eigeninitiative und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Begeisterung für den direkten Kontakt mit Kunden

**Job Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
