**ABOUT THE TEAM**

Our Finance Solution Management and Go To Market team is responsible for the success of SAP’s solutions covering the needs for finance organizations (Office of the CFO). Our team develops and executes go-to-market, commercialization, and eco-system strategies for the intelligent Enterprise focused on SAP Cloud ERP solutions. We articulate SAP’s competitive differentiation and drive growth plans across all industries, LoBs and customer segments.

Within that unit we are having a dedicated team that covers the aspect of Treasury and Working Capital Management and Finance Operations for all deployment options in S/4HANA (Cloud ERP) and related Cloud Platform (BTP) solutions.

Solution Management is responsible for understanding the market incl. revenue growth, customer adoption and associated business aspects and owns the definition of innovative SAP solutions, drives go-to-market incl. positioning, enablement of partners and field colleagues in sales, presales and services, supports strategic deals/customers and maintains active communities.

The purpose of the board area ‘Marketing & Solutions’ is to strengthen SAP’s go-to-market approach with a focus on product, industry and digital marketing. By uniting Global and Regional Marketing, Global Corporate Affairs, Government Affairs, as well as Industry & Customer Advisory teams, SAP will not only achieve simpler alignment, but also stronger demand generation for our products and solutions.

**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**

As a member of the Team, your role will focus on supporting and partially driving all Solution Management tasks, related to the process Invoice to Cash with an emphasis on driving execution.

This includes

  • Focus on innovations related to the S/4HANA Cloud Finance Operations portfolio (Invoice to Cash)
  • Understand customer business contexts, requirements, objectives, and expectations as well as market dynamics to articulate formulate solution requirements
  • Supporting the E2E Solution Owners for Fin Ops and Treasury and Working Capital Management (WCM)
  • Support Commercialization of new solutions
  • Create compelling positioning for I2C within Cloud ERP
  • Sales and Presales enablement: core sales enablement assets (training of field regarding core value stories)
  • Partner enablement: core sales enablement for Global Strategic Service partners (GSSP)
  • Collaborate with Product Management regarding Solution Strategy and Roadmap
  • Support of strategic customers
  • Consolidate solution feedback on product capabilities and strategic direction including evaluation of competitors and partners

**YOUR PROFILE**

You are a motivated professional who can work in a rapidly changing environment, is flexible in working across all levels of the organization and demonstrates strong business acumen with the highest level of integrity. In addition, we place high value on relevant personal qualities: results-oriented, energetic, empathetic, highly communicative, creative problem solver who values diversity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, business computing or related field, Masters is a plus
  • 0-2 years of Project management (ad-hoc or small-scaled projects) - preferably within SAP and ideally across multiple board areas and/or disciplines
  • Display passion for & responsibility to the customer, business & team
  • Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment and be appreciative to change
  • Ability to articulate a message to all levels of an organization (written, verbal, and presentation skills) in English
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and management in English
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work under time constraints
  • Demonstrate an optimistic can-do attitude and a creative growth mindset
  • Experience in the IT Industry as well as in SAPs product portfolio, across the value chain (development, sales, services, operations, support) is a plus
  • Strong team player with the mind-set to work in a small, high-impact team
  • Ability to operationalize and continuously improve cross functional processes and organizational setup in large organizations
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
