We offer an internship opportunity from October 2025 onwards in our Frankfurt office to assist the investment team in its day-to-day activities.
Tasks
- Take an active part in the evaluation of investment opportunities, including business analyses, fundamental and relative company valuation, financial modelling, commercial assessment, interviews with industry experts and more
- Research quantitative and qualitative data on target companies as well as their market segment and competitive environment
- Participate in the review of due diligence analyses in various areas including commercial, financial, tax, legal etc.
- Support all activities relating to investment committee processes
- Assist in portfolio management and monitoring of current Comitis Capital portfolio companies
**Requirements**:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a team player
- Analytical and commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong academic background
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant work experience in either private equity, venture capital, M&A, leveraged finance, strategy consulting or commercial / financial due diligence
