**Team Lead Product Alevate Payments & Cash (M/F/d)**

**Daily tasks and responsibilities**:

- Ensure the alignment of the Alevate team with the overall vision, strategy, plans, processes, and tools as defined by the VP Product Payments Cash Visibility & Treasury.
- Shape the vision for the Alevate solutions based on a solid knowledge of the Alevate solution suite (across product areas), input from relevant stakeholders, understanding of the market and interpretation of future trends.
- Support the team members to build optimized roadmaps for the Financial Suite solutions and drive the delivery of the roadmaps items.
- Build and manage a resource plan for the team ensuring that workload, capacity, and skill set are matched.
- Coach the team members and guide their constant improvement by defining development paths, setting realistic goals, and providing constructive feedback and regular performance reviews.
- Support the VP Product Payments Cash Visibility & Treasury by regularly reporting on the progress of the roadmap delivery, relevant metrics, team updates, raising the relevant risks, recommending mitigation strategies and proposing optimizations.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- PSPO level II or III, CSP-PO or other equivalent expert level certification is a plus
- Excellent Leadership, Management and Organization abilities

Must have:

- Excellent communicator who can drive passion, provide solid mentorship, provide context, create a story, and then deliver on it.
- Experience of managing teams, acting as a role model to build teams, communities/tribes, and relationships internally and externally.
- Experience of managing the daily flow of product management -including complex problem solving, resource planning, adapting quickly to change, raising risk and mitigations, working with conviction and working to tight deadlines.
- Resilient, calm, and methodical in high pressure situations and able to multi-task, prioritize and make decisions
- Prior experience and solid knowledge in Cloud solution design
- Prior experience in Payments, Cash and Treasury Management

Preferred:

- Relevant experience in product management, agile methodologies and specific tools
- Successful track record in managing teams in a fast paced IT environment
