As Product Owner you are part of an enthusiastic team of professionals who closely work together and report to the VP Product Payments, Cash & Treasury. We believe that together you can accomplish more than on your own and development is part of your career.

**Your tasks**:

- Possesses and builds on expert level knowledge in the Payments business domain
- Gathers & analyses data to define product specifications
- Ensures the Payments solutions are aligned to the company's overall business goals, vision and strategy
- Owns the product roadmap, communicates to stakeholders and drives delivery
- As a SCRUM Product Owner, drives the backlog based on a logical progression of delivery
- Is accountable for hitting release timelines
- Adds input into the roadmap to ensure the right elements are in place to be able to delivery key epics.
- Anticipates future needs of our customers and uses this knowledge to shape our customer proposition 3-5 years ahead
- Communicates using appropriate methods, at the appropriate level of detail and formality while being aware of cultural differences across countries

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent
- PSPO, CSP-PO or other equivalent certification is a plus
- Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of product and project management
- Ability to interpret and document user requirements and translate these into technical specifications, with focus on the customer needs
- Innovative and creative thinking
- High numerical reasoning and logic ability with good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of one or more relevant programming languages, frameworks, and databases
- Be willing to adapt to significant changes in either technology or environment
- Resilient, calm and methodical in high pressure situations and able to multi-task, prioritize and make decisions
- Prior experience and solid knowledge in SAP
- Prior experience in B2B Payments
- Experience in Treasury and Cash Management is a plus
