**Aufgabe**
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, including task coordination and resource planning
- Testing and assessment of complex safety-related electronic systems for our national and international customers
- Responsibility for technical and quality assurance, including reviews and certifications of complex hardware components (ASICs, SoCs, Hard & Soft IP, etc.) in compliance with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
- Building and expanding team capacity and expertise
- Close coordination with other team leads and department management, contributing to the strategic direction of the company
**Qualifikation**
- Several years of professional experience in functional safety and/or the development of complex hardware/semiconductor components (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
- Initial experience in technical leadership, preferably with disciplinary leadership responsibilities
- Decisiveness and enthusiasm for innovation
- Flexibility, and enjoyment of teamwork with a focus on long-term business success
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-30%)
- Excellent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
