**The Team -** your impact
Our team ensures that facilitites become E.ON offices with network infrastructure, meeting room technology and printers. We also provide E.ON's central telephony infrastructure. In your role, you support E.ON business colleagues in understanding E.ON's telephony and call center solution. Record their requirements and further develop the infrastructure. You are in close contact with our colleagues and help them to use our solutions in the best possible way.

**Your Role - m**eaningful & rewarding
- Act as IT Technical Product Owner (f/m/d) for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Collaboration Boards, and media technologies, ensuring unified communication and collaboration services meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into modern hybrid work solutions and support the creation of business concepts and service developments.
- Manage the full product lifecycle — from planning and delivery to continuous improvement and alignment with IT architecture roadmaps.
- Oversee service preparation, change management, and compliance with regulatory and technical standards.
- Monitor technology trends, analyze market offerings, and drive innovation in collaboration services.
- Ensure service levels, performance metrics, and risk management processes are met and reported effectively.
- Coordinate suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality delivery and participation in governance and status meetings.

**Your Profile**:

- Several years of professional and practical experience (international) in the areas of audio & video conferencing and fixed network
- Extensive experience in service delivery is a prerequisiteKnowledge of hybrid working and collaboration methods
- Very good knowledge of managing Meeting Room
- and Media-Technology. Experience in Quality, Risk Management and Service Delivery/Transformation is desirable.
- High affinity for project management and experience in supporting international programs.
- Good analytical skills, solution
- and customer-oriented thinking
- German native speaker, fluent in English plus willing to work in an international team
