**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Dualis Functionalities Support and Product Ownership Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our product owners and development team to support the functionality of our project management tool, Dualis. This position is ideal for a recent graduate, intern, or someone looking to gain experience in product management and software development. If you are enthusiastic about technology, have significant Excel skills, and are eager to learn, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of a cutting-edge project management tool.

**Your Future Plans**:

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Dualis functionalities
- Provide support to users of Dualis, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and providing training as needed
- Collaborate with product owner to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements to Dualis
- Assist with product testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and usability of Dualis meet user needs
- Contribute to the documentation of Dualis functionalities, including user guides, tutorials, and release notes
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to track the usage and performance of Dualis and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize Excel skills to manipulate and evaluate data, generate reports, and assist with data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrate tech-savviness in learning new software tools and technologies, and providing recommendations for improvement

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Enhanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Prior experience with project management tools or software development is beneficial but not required
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a diverse environment
- Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new software tools and technologies
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
