- Team Führung & Teamentwicklung des CTC Teams
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Workflows
- Steuerung, Sicherstellung und Monitoring von Audits und Bewilligungen
- Koordination und Überwachung globaler Anpassungen und Weiterentwicklung des Themenbereichs
Wodurch Sie uns begeistern:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (Zoll/Außenhandel/Spedition)
- Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrungen im Change Management
- Gute Kenntnisse im Datenmanagement und -analyse
- Projektmanagement und Strategieentwicklung
- Verständnis von Organisationsstrukturen
- Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
- Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
