We are looking for a **working student (M/F/d)** to provide essential support in the **Customer Profile Management**Function in our sub-group Mobile Security (Connectivity & IoT).

**Your tasks**:

- Support exciting projects and take over work packages independently
- Track, monitor, and analyze KPI trends and create visual dashboards or reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with the team to gain insights into internal customer requirements and assist in documenting and mapping these requirements to development activities
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes based on KPI trends
- Contribute ideas using the deliverables to enhance efficiency of functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met

**Your profile**:

- You are studying a master’s degree in operations, supply chain management, process engineering or a comparable degree program.
