**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Chief of Staff you'll act as the “right hand” of our founders in the day-to-day management of the company. You provide the necessary information to make effective decisions, and you're responsible to prioritize and execute strategic projects.

**ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL**:

- You’ll use an analytical approach to simplify problems and serve as sparring partner for our senior management in strategic and operational questions
- You enable the senior management and their respective teams to focus on their functional expertise by aligning goals, creating transparency and smooth communication
- You will build lasting relationships with stakeholders across the whole company. Always have an ear to the pulse of the organization, and its needs and ensure the flow of information - bottom-up as well as top-down
- You’ll work closely with all departments, especially Finance, to provide necessary information to make effective strategic decisions
- You’ll oversee strategic business initiatives from the development phase through to successful execution
- You’ll help our founders overcome challenges in your role as integrator and communicator to all parts of the organization
- You support the implementation and setting the monitoring of OKR’s.

**WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Founded experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company, or as a management consultant at one of the top-tier management consultancies
- Extensive experience in managing strategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end
- You’re a highly analytical, number driven and hands-on, who also knows that beside all the facts it is necessary to convince people through an empathetic, and people-oriented communication
- You are a problem solver with a can-do mentality and you’re working method is highly structured and organized
- You‘re passionate about joining our mission and want to be part of an exciting growth phase
- You bring full proficiency in English. German fluency is a big plus.
