What you’ll do:
Provide inhouse legal counsel to the Nordsee One GmbH, Offshore Wind Farm.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and enforce different kinds of contracts regarding the construction and operation of windfarms
- Support contract & claim management
- Conduct legal essays for management
- Provide advice on legal matters, particularly in the construction law, electricity law and general civil law
- Coordinate with management, commercial departments and other departments located worldwide
- Provide support to maintain BSH permits and comply with grid connection conditions

- Diligent: Your solid attention to detail will ensure that the IMS is accurate and you follow up with others where needed to ensure that outstanding documentation is provided
- Flexible: You are able to balance and prioritize long term tasks and short notice requests and you like to work in a high energy environment
- Hands on: You enjoy undertaking unexpected challenges deriving from the operation of a windfarm managed by a small team
- Independent: You set your own timescales and milestones to ensure you meet your objectives, always considering urgency and importance of each task
- Working environment: You enjoy working in a dynamic project and service provider environment, with deadlines, high workload and permanently changing priorities

Qualifications and experience
- German trained Lawyer (Volljurist)
- Minimum 3 years of professional expertise, preferable in offshore wind
- Enjoys working in teams and with other departments
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office
