Minddistrict is looking for a Junior Compliance Officer for our DACH team who will help our organization meet all national and international laws and regulations regarding privacy, security and quality legislations involved.

A Junior Compliance Assistant at Minddistrict? What does that mean?
Minddistrict is an international organization currently with footprints in the Netherlands, Germany and UK. We are working on bigger compliance topics such as information security (NEN 7510 and ISO 27001), GDPR, MDR, DiGA (Germany) and NICE (UK). You will help the Director DACH and CFO with running all kinds of compliance projects including maintaining and producing accompanying documentation.
Your tasks and responbilities
A Junior Compliance Officer is (together with your Compliance colleagues) key in the process of deploying and monitoring the implementation of policies, processes and controls. In addition, you play an important role in awareness sessions for our employees and help them with day-to-day compliance questions, consisting of privacy questions to contractual matters with clients and suppliers.

**Profile**
- You have an excellent command of the German (ideally native speaker, or C1 level) and English language (min B2 level);
- You have approximately two to three years of experience in a similar role;
- You have an University degree as a mínimal. Studies such as Health Economics, Policy and Law or other legal studies are all perfect;
- You have knowledge of European laws and regulations in the field of digital health (and are looking forward to expand this knowledge);
- You have a strong analytical ánd practical mindset and you know how to proritize;
- You are eager to learn and want to become an expert in the field of privacy, quality and security for our digital health platform;
