**Stellenbeschreibung** Die Position ist befristet bis zum 31.12.2026 zu besetzen**
- Du bist Teil des Teams Merchandising Strategy & Development
- Du unterstützt strategische Projekte, die Teil des Transformationsprogramms im Einkauf sind
- Teilprojekte führst und koordinierst Du eigenständig
- Du stellst bereichsübergreifende & cross-funktionale Abstimmungen sicher
- Du unterstützt in der Erarbeitung managementgerechter Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Unternehmensleitung
- Du monitorst den Change in Deinen Projekten und erstellt Ziel
- und Empfängerorientierte Change Konzepte

**Qualifikationen**
- Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingeneurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Erste Erfahrungen in einer Unternehmensberatung oder als Projektleiter:in in einem Unternehmen und im Handel und Mode
- & Luxusumfeld sind ein Plus
- Du verfügst über ein solides Portfolio an Projektmanagement
- und Change-Methoden
- Probleme zu strukturieren, Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und diese in ein Projektvorgehen zu übersetzen, gehört zu Deinen Kernkompetenzen
- Du bist souverän im Umgang mit verschiedenen Gesprächspartner:innen
- Du bist offen für neue Themen und hast Freude daran, bestehende Strategien und Prozesse zu hinterfragen
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, hast aber auch kein Problem damit, Deine Themen selbständig voranzutreiben
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Dein analytisches Denkvermögen, deine strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab
