**Aufgaben**:

As a Junior Project Lead (f/m/x) you will lead and collaborate with a team out of Mercedes-Benz Cars, Digital House, Mercedes-Benz Mobility, Mercedes pay and international markets

Together you will be responsible to jointly develop and deliver new solutions and technologies in order to bring the different offers and products of our group together and - create a seamless and integrated customer experience.

You will focus on creation of Blueprint solutions for Bundled Offers,identify products, processes and system requirements, conduct alignments of concepts/ roadmaps with our colleagues from Mercedes-Benz AG and ensure implementation.

**What will be your tasks:
- Take over the Project Lead role of Leasing-Synchronization of Digital Services
- Work directly with the Program Management, further develop and sharpen your project management skills
- Lead the project team with team members from Mercedes-Benz (MS/D), Mercedes-Benz Mobility /Mercedes pay and respective markets
- Ensure definition, alignment and approval of business/technical concepts with global scalability to be launched in pilot and subsequent markets
- Define project plan and ensure End-to-End Project delivery incl. technical development with dedicated release dates, on time and with high quality
- Ensure project committee alignments with regards to Scope, time and budget approvals

**Qualifikationen**:
**What you should bring with you:
- University degree or Master´s Degree in Business Administration, Economics/Finance or IT
- Proven experience (track record) in project management
- Minimum 3 years experience in Financial Services and/or Digital Products and/or Automotive Sales
