You and your engagement can make a contribution to shape the future of renewable energies._ **Your Responsibilities**: - You will work on the development of an integrated simulation model (Finite Element model) of a wind turbine foundation - You will work together with experienced structural and civil engineers and contribute to developing and optimizing the design and implementing new functionalities - You will learn to work with advanced analysis software and the common standards in the wind industry specific to structural engineering - You will participate in internal and external training courses aimed at both developing your knowledge of wind turbine technology and our organization, as well as your personal development **Your Qualifications**: - Master's degree in civil engineering or a comparable specialisation - Enthusiasm for engineering and renewable energies as well as the motivation to develop yourself further in this field - Proactive, eager to learn and practice-orientated way of working - Good communication skills in English written and spoken, knowledge of German is a plus - You have knowledge of the finite element method (FEM), especially in dealing with solid elements and ideally, you already have experience with Ansys software - A good understanding of the material behaviour of concrete - Determination and commitment to develop yourself into a qualified civil/structural engineer **Your Benefits**: - 30 days paid vacation per year for a 5-day week - Optimal support from experienced colleagues from the specialist department and HR department - Exciting and varied activities - Holistic commitment to workplace health promotion - Commitment to the quality standards of the Fair Company Initiative **Contact**: Tim Lösekann
