**Your Tasks**:

- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Management of the daily business
- Appointment organization and coordination
- Organization of business trips at national and international level as well as travel expense accounting
- Data evaluation, database maintenance, filing management- Invoice verification and ordering / purchasing (SAP)
- Preparation and creation of presentations

**Your Profile**:

- Commercial education (professional experience desirable)
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English (other foreign languages are desirable)
- Very good user skills in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, commitment, organizational skills, flexibility
