As a Head of Global Workplace Integration Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for the organization’s technology landscape. Your responsibilities will span across the Power Platform and Dynamics suite, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of these tools to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the global strategy for the Power Platform and Dynamics suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in enterprise solutions.
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-wide solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the platform and evaluate and recommend new features as well as capabilities.
- Engage with business leaders, executives, and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Develop change management strategies to drive user adoption and provide training as well as support to end-users.
- Monitor platform usage and address any challenges.
- Oversee large-scale projects involving multiple Dynamics and Power Platform products.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables and ensure successful implementation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide technical teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and developers.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present platform updates and progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Power Platform and Dynamics solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with a global mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certifications in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 are a plus.
