In the midst of our business expansion in the European Market, we are looking for a Financial Accounting Specialist.
**Your journey ahead**:
As part of a 4-person Finance team, you will work closely with the HR & Admin team and our headquarter in China.
**Your Challenges**
- Review employee expense reimbursement and contract payment to ensure the standardization and integrity of the expense control process.
- Assist in setting up the internal cost control process of the company.
- Review employee benefit subsidies and conduct tax analysis to support the company's welfare system.
- Archive management of contracts and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Tax declarations and financial statements.
**Your profile includes**
- Previous experience in accounting.
- Understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Coordination and control of cross-departmental content.
- Analysis and optimization of finance processes and development of process descriptions;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- English proficiency is a must; German, and Chinese language skill is a plus.
- Ability to express ideas and requests clearly.
- Service-oriented mindset.
