**Financial Accountant(M/F/d)**

For our client, a German subsidiary of a leading domestic public company in the new energy sector (group of over 7,000 employees), we are looking for a Financial Accountant (full-time position).

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Prepare, maintain, and audit the internal monthly management accounts
- Input accounting data in the accounting system
- Check accounting entries with supporting documents i.e. purchase invoices, shipping documents
- Conduct and interpret variance analysis on a monthly basis
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing within prescribed deadlines
- Filing of all related monthly accounting data and supporting documentation
- Assist with internal and external audit process
- Assist with monthly VAT declaration
- Preparation of balance confirmation
- Demonstrate full professional skills and knowledge and will be both a trusted advisor on a particular topic and be able to develop company procedures and methods
- Uses analytical skills to develop solutions to non-routine problems
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications and knowledge**:

- Business level of fluency in both English and Chinese is essential
- PC skills (especially advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP system)
- Attention to Detail and good time management skills
- Ability to work to strict deadline
- Presents complex thoughts clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Ability to determine major objectives and how to implement

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting or related discipline.
- At least two years of Financial Accountant experience required in a German company
