**Deine Aufgaben**:

- 1st und 2nd Level IT Support
- Incident Management, Ticketing mit Jira
- Telefonische und schriftliche Aufnahme von Kundenanfragen
- Prüfung und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten
- Betreuung und Datenpflege des Kunden
- und Mitarbeiterportals
- Durchführung und Prüfen von Fakturierungsprozessen
- Arbeit an Datenbanksystemen, wie (Microsoft SQL-Server)
- Schnittstellen Weiterentwicklung der in der Datenbank mittels Stored Procedures
- Konzeption Mitarbeit neuer Anforderungen

- Service und Data Management Leidenschaft
- T-SQL-Abfragen, Views und Stored Procedures Kenntnisse
- Daten
- und Incident Management Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
