**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implementation and verification of embedded software with focus on delivering innovative and high quality software solutions
- Technical lead and mentor for team of software engineers
- Responsible for architecture and design of features and modules
- Responsible for requirements definition and interface specification based on collaboration with System Architecture, RF and Physical Layer design teams
- Lead complex feature integration
- Participate in SoC bring up, and technical issue solving
- Understand technical issues and risks and ensure appropriate mitigation
- Drive continuous improvement and utilization of modern software engineering methodologies
- Support project management and quality management
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with more than 10 years of job experience
- Proficient in C and C++ programming language
- Strong embedded software development, integration, testing & troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with complex analog design
- Understanding of processor architecture
- Experience on real-time OS and MCU SDK programming is desired
- Experience in leading SW development teams
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle from requirements to maintenance as well as modern Software Development Methodologies
- Experience with automotive grade quality management and related certification
- Excellent knowledge in modern tools for project planning, source code management, CI/CD and KPI Monitoring
- Strong mindset to improve development efficiency as well as quality
- Team player and excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills
