As the **Head of AI Platforms (f/m/d)**, you will lead the design, management, and evolution of Siemens’ AI platform ecosystem, encompassing advanced technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. Your role emphasizes empowering data teams and developers to maximize AI capabilities, ensuring Siemens remains at the forefront of AI innovation with robust and scalable solutions.

- Embrace generative AI elements like RAG and Agentic AI, enabling Siemens to leverage AI that is both innovative and adaptive.
- Cultivate partnerships with AI leaders like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral to integrate state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies.
- Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and guide a high-performing team of AI specialists who ensure the reliability, scalability, and excellence of our AI platform offerings. Providing mentoring, addressing challenges, and enabling developmental opportunities will be key to team success.
- You will ensure that the AI platforms integrate with the other Siemens Data & AI Cloud (SDC) services like Snowflake, for a seamless user experience.
- Champion an agile working environment, instilling methodologies that enhance productivity and responsiveness. Oversee critical areas such as resource allocation, risk mitigation, and reporting to streamline operations for Siemens’ success.
- Build strategic partnerships with internal clients and stakeholders, enhancing Siemens' ability to harmonize AI solutions. Take ownership of pivotal projects and work closely with business units to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies in generative AI and system integration, advocating for their adoption to reinforce Siemens' leadership in AI accessibility and management.

**Use Your Skills to Move the World Forward**
- ** Education**:University Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
- ** Experience & Skills**- Over 3 years of leading international AI-platform-focused teams and more than 2 years in people management roles
- Superior communication, mediation abilities, and customer-centric approach
- Expertise in program management related to AI platforms, analytics, and technology integration
- Proficiency in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and security standards
- Development of scalable AI infrastructures, including machine learning pipelines and platforms
- Proficient in emerging AI tools and technologies, with the ability to implement AI strategies effectively
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI
- Clear communication with senior management and skilled mentoring of AI and data science teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum
- ** Languages**:Business fluency in English and strategic thinking to translate technical concepts into business impact
