**About the Role**
As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a passionate B2B Sales Intern (3-6 months) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while working closely with our Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn about the B2B SaaS landscape and contribute to the growth of an innovative AI startup.
It is possible/intended to transition into a full-time contract.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential business leads in various industries that could benefit from our AI voice assistant solutions.
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to engage with prospective clients and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with technical account managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and address any technical questions or concerns.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads and opportunities, updating CRM records, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
- Support preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals to communicate Synthflow AI’s offerings effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights into our business development strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Passion for business development, sales, and the tech industry, particularly in AI, no-code tools, and automation.
- Strong interest in understanding customer needs and providing solutions that drive value.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
**Nice to Have**:
- Previous experience or internships in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Knowledge of no-code platforms or automation tools is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
