- Preparation, planning and coordination of meetings, workshops and specialist appointments
- Processing internal and external appointment requests
- Compiling and preparing documents
- Planning business trips and carrying out subsequent travel expense reports
- Supporting managers and selected departmental topics
- Taking on selected special topics

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
- Professional experience in office administration and organisation
- Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
- High degree of initiative, helpfulness and ability to work in a team
- Very good MS Office skills
- Advanced English language skills

- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Willingness to adapt to a rapidly developing company organisation
- Not afraid of working with an English-speaking team

**What to look forward to**
- Flexible working hours ranging from 28 to 40 hours per week
- Option for a 4-day workweek (up to 35 hours per week)
