**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
Support Zalando users 1st level productivity apps issues, teach users new productivity apps skills. Engage with colleagues directly, solve their issues, while having an eye on underlying root causes and automate recurring tasks. Opportunities to work on interesting projects and learn new technical skills.

**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- Be involved in all aspects of the day to day technical support of all Zalando users
- Manage incidents, SR's and tutoring requests with a high level of customer contact, both face to face and via remote tools
- Work independently and as a member the day to day professional running of the Zalando productivity suite and more, ensuring that the high standards of customer support are maintained
- Work in a dynamic flexible team and be able to provide cover at any of our Berlin sites to empower our users to solve their own issues

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- Proven support experience, able to breakdown an issue and understand the root cause then implement an appropriate fix, excellent customer facing skills
- Good support understanding of workplace productivity software, familiarity with SaaS solutions is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Google products including the Google Workspace, experience in scripting for automating recurring tasks would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of IT support processes and an ability to troubleshoot issues, including to share and update user facing knowledge
