**Deine Aufgaben**

In deiner Abschlussarbeit bearbeitest du (w|m|d) eine aktuelle steuerungsrelevante Fragestellung aus der Beratung des Finanzdienstleistungssektors.
Folgende Themen mit Fokus Finance & Risk können mögliche Ansatzpunkte für deine Arbeit sein:
Risikomanagement
- Messung und Bewertung finanzieller Risiken (z.B. Kreditrisiko, Zinsrisiko, Liquidität) sowie nichtfinanzieller Risiken (z.B. ESG)
- Maßnahmen der Risikosteuerung und Risikotransfer
- Risikotragfähigkeit und Stresstesting

Regulierung
- Regulatorische Anforderungen (z.B. Basel IV) und Compliance
- Strategische Ausrichtung im regulatorischen Umfeld
- Optimierung regulatorischer Kennzahlen

Controlling und Steuerung
- Performance-Management
- Finance Target Operating Model
- Kosten
- und Salesmanagement
- Asset Allocation und Portfoliomanagement
- Refinanzierung

Accounting
- Klassifizierung und Bewertung
- Behandlung von Impairments (IFRS9)
- Hedge Accounting
- Rechnungslegungsstandards

Pricing von Finanzinstrumenten
- Gerne kannst du auch deinen eigenen Themenvorschlag anbringen oder gemeinsam mit uns etwas erarbeiten.
- Greife auf vorhandene Projektdaten zu oder erfasse und eruiere neue Daten.
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit deinem oder deiner Betreuer:in gestaltet ihr selbst (persönlich, telefonisch, per E-Mail).
- Du kannst dich voll auf das Schreiben deiner Thesis konzentrieren - die Abschlussarbeit beinhaltet keine studentische Mitarbeit neben dem Studium.
- Am Ende honorieren wir deinen Erfolg - zusätzlich zu den gewonnenen Insights aus dem Unternehmen - mit einem Bonus bei entsprechender Abschlussnote.

**Deine Skills**
- Studium der BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik o. Ä.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen oder Studienschwerpunkte im Finanzumfeld.
- Du bist an aktuellen Themen des Finanzdienstleistungssektors interessiert.
- Du gehst neugierig, eigenständig und gemeinschaftlich neue Themen an.
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend.
- Für eine Abschlussarbeit kannst du dich jederzeit bei uns bewerben.
