****The role**:
We are looking for an Account Executive, DACH to join our Business Team. While being the face and voice of Headout to our Supply Partners in the region, you will lead our commercial efforts and expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by working with the General Manager, Central, Southern & Eastern Europe.
**What makes this role special?**:
- **Innovate.**You will play a crucial role in launching new initiatives, onboarding supply partners, expanding our offerings, and managing distribution-side partnerships in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
- **Cultivate**. Continuously develop relationships with supply partners and grow key accounts to scale them to higher revenues and ticket sales.
- **Collaborate.** Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth in sales & bookings.
- **Analyze.** Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies.
**What skills & experience do you need?**:
- **Fully proficient German & English speaker** based in Berlin or Vienna.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales and/or key account management.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A global mindset and comfort working with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones.
- A collaborative attitude with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Experience working with a CRM and a willingness to learn and use new tools.
