In your role as **Lead Demand Planner** you will own KPIs of the respective country. You will own the strategy of optimization of inventory levels, develop optimization plans for healthy inventory and drive the implementations. You will lead a team of engaged Demand Planners end-to-end and drive projects cross functionally with support of the leadership team.

**Job Description**:

- Own the performance of the respective country, improve availability and waste level
- Develop strategy for optimizing inventory health and order parameters for future orders
- Develop and maintain strong connections with our network internally. Drive cross functional projects with Category Management, Marketing and Tech teams
- Lead the team of 3+ Demand Planner different levels by guiding them through the company strategy supporting operationally

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience in a demand planning/ forecasting role according to desired seniority level
- Master’s degree in business, supply chain, finance or other relevant fields
- Prior leadership experience in building and managing an exciting team of Demand Planner different levels
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures, strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English is required. Fluency in Dutch or French is a plus
