**Product Assortment Specialist Intimate Hygiene (d/f/m)**:

For our Business Unit Consumer Goods we are looking for a Product Assortment Specialist Intimate Hygiene (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible in Region Central & East.

In this position you are responsible for all questions related to product and pack to m anage and/or deliver product changes, product improvement programs and assortment optimization activities within the frame of mandatory parameters and in close collaboration with the global Product Assortment Organization.

**Your role**:

- Interface to regional and local marketing, GBIS Product Assortment Managers, Supply Chain (factories), Demand Planning
- Coordinate and implement commercial innovations, product launches /re-launches based on local requirements and provide technical support to the markets
- Drive assortment optimization and de-complexity based on business requirements and objectives across multiple countries
- Ensure input and alignment from stakeholders in marketing and sales.
- Ensure compliance with regional internal and external requirements like Product Safety, Labelling & Claims, Legal compliance and global brand framework
- Regional representative in Global Product Group Network meetings

**You Identify Yourself With**:

- University degree
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, Initiative Management
- Profound skills in effective project, product and/or assortment management
- Knowledge of the Champ system is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment with ability to facilitate complex discussions with conflicting interests
- Willingness to travel
