We manage the portfolio and operate the buildings including all services relating to real estate. We are responsible for real estate disposal and manage all construction projects throughout Siemens, thus ensuring that the use of resources is optimized and sustainable in terms of costs, transparency, and efficiency at over 1.400 locations worldwide and plays a key role in achieving Siemens CO₂ neutrality by 2030.

- **Asset&Property Management** for Siemens Real Estate

**... combine the Finance & Business aspects and create impact by**
- Driving global financial activities for the Asset&Property Management within Siemens Real Estate
- Providing accurate financial information (ad-hoc analysis, quality checks and reporting to various stakeholders)
- Contributing to strategic decision-making processes (commercial business case simulations for assigned operational initiatives, governance aspects as a topic matter expert for different key topics)
- Steering consistent and thorough implementation of assigned project(s) focusing on commercial aspects, while being engaged in regular exchanges and knowledge sharing
- Acting as a partner and consultant to a regional Hub for commercial related topics (e.g. Business Structure, Pricing, Management Fees, etc.)
- Pioneering the way through specific real estate transactions with commercial expertise (lease accounting evaluation)
- Revolutionizing continuous improvement and standardization within the worldwide controlling value chain
**Your success is grounded in**:
- Having successfully completed a master degree in Finance or comparable background
- Having many years of experience as topic matter expert or similar responsibility
- Bringing a proven strong Financial Analysis skillset including basic accounting knowledge
- Bringing strong experiences in project work and Asset and Property Management controlling
- Skilled in tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerPoint and Excel
- Curiosity in Real Estate business and Pricing concepts
- Interested in working in an intercultural environment, which you have experienced in your daily work
- Having strong English communication skills, understanding German is a plus
